The efficiencies of flexographic printing technology make this possible.

Process color uses four colors (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) to create continuous full spectrum color tones that will enhance any creation. Detailed, full-color images can be printed with excellent resolution using four-color process and up to three spot colors. Custom shapes and sizes are available in squares, rectangles, circles, ovals, and other fully customized die-cut shapes and sizes.

Process color tags and labels are usually designed by a graphic professional using process color. Detailed reproductions of your photograph or illustration can be printed with excellent resolution (up to 150 line screen). Minimum order quantity is 1,000. Four-color process tags and labels that are accompanied by type must be color separated from the process color image. Usually black type and any PMS colors will need to be separated from the image. Separations are available in-house.

Four Color Process Guidelines:

Line Count - 150 LPI
Electronic art with a printed sample or copy of art showing color separations
Color laser print outs are acceptable, but we do not guarantee color match.
Complete file set up in Quark 4.11 (or lower version) with preferred spacing.
Need original file sent of any images (eps or tiff) imported into Quark. File must
be 800 x 1200 DPI. All text or images that should be spot colors must print out
as such.
